Our Mission Established in 1985, Headway of WNY is a non-profit agency whose mission is to ensure that individuals in Western New York with brain injuries, other cognitive conditions, and seniors have access to resources and support systems to enable them to live as independently as possible. Headway serves those in Erie, Niagara, Chautauqua, Orleans, Wyoming, and Cattaraugus Counties.
